China National Culture Group Announces Resignation of Cheung Lai Chun, Independent Non-Executive Director, and Member of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China National Culture Group Limited announced that Ms. Cheung Lai Chun has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive Director, and a member of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board with effect from 10 May 2016 in order to focus on her other business and personal engagement.
