(Stock Code: 01011) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING IN THE COMPANY BY THE CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

China NT Pharma Group Company Limited (the "Company") was informed by its controlling shareholder, Golden Base Investment Limited (the "Golden Base"), whose controlling shareholders are Mr. Ng Tit, the chairman of the board (the "Board") of directors and chief executive officer of the Company, and Ms. Chin Yu, the executive director of the Company and spouse of Mr. Ng Tit, that on 29 May 2017, the Golden Base acquired 8,800,000 shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the market, for a total consideration of approximately HK$15,224,000 (the "Increase"). The Increase demonstrates that both of Mr. Ng Tit and Ms. Chin Yu, the substantial shareholders, are confident in the Company, believing that the Company will continue to grow and develop.

Immediately following the Increase, the number of Shares that the Golden Base held increased from 592,792,000 Shares, representing approximately 38.04% of the issued Shares of the Company as at the date of this announcement, to 601,592,000 Shares, representing approximately 38.61% of the issued Shares of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
