The Property Management Service segment is mainly engaged in the provision of property management services such as security, repairs and maintenance, cleaning and garden landscape maintenance for residential communities, commercial properties, government properties and construction sites. The Value-added Service segment is mainly engaged in the engineering, review of building plans, equipment and facility selection advice to property developers and other property management companies.
