China Power International Development Limited (the "Company") announces that based on the Company's preliminary statistics, for the three months ended 31 March 2016, the combined total power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") amounted to 15,912,496MWh, representing an increase of 16.13% over the same period last year while its combined total electricity sold amounted to 15,313,738MWh, representing an increase of 16.61% over the same period last year.
