Electricity Sold for the First Quarter of 2021

China Power International Development Limited (the "Company") announces that based on the Company's preliminary statistics, the combined total electricity sold by the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") for the three months ended 31 March 2021 amounted to 24,127,684 MWh, representing an increase of 31.29% compared to the same period last year.

The Group's total electricity sold for the three months ended 31 March 2021 presented by type of power plants is as follows:
