China Railway Group's 9-Months Revenue Rose 12% on Year

SINGAPORE--China Railway Group Ltd.'s revenue in the first nine months of 2021 rose 12% compared with the same period a year earlier to 767.93 billion yuan ($119.88 billion) , mainly due to increased revenue from its infrastructure construction business.

Its net profit climbed 13.1% from a year earlier to CNY20.65 billion during the January-September period, the company said late Friday. For the third quarter, its net profit increased 15.1% on year to CNY7.55 billion while its revenue slipped 0.1% to CNY271.32 billion.
