The aggregate primary premium income of China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation (the "Company") as derived from the operating subsidiary of the Company, China Continent Property

• Casualty Insurance Company Ltd. for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 August 2020 was approximately RMB33,961 million. The above information is prepared pursuant to the PRC Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, and has not been audited or reviewed by the audit committee of the Company. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution not to unduly rely on such information.
