China Resources and Environment Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600217) agreed to acquire 60% stake in Yunnan Julu Environmental Science & Technology Co. Ltd from Hubei Xingfeng Metal Resources Co., Ltd. for CNY 28.8 million on August 11, 2017. The board of China Resources and Environment approved the transaction on August 11, 2018.

Ltd from Hubei Xingfeng Metal Resources Co., Ltd. on September 13, 2017. China Resources and Environment Co.,Ltd. completed the equity transfer and registration modification procedures.
