10 September, the Vice General Manager of CR Group and the Chairman of the Board of CR Cement, Li Fuli visited Guigang Prefabricated Construction to launch primary research. He was accompanied by Ji Youhong, the CEO of CR Cement, Liu Guixin, the former Vice President of CR Cement and Peng Fangqing, the Regional General Manager (Guangxi).

Chairman Li Fuli first visited the exhibition hall, the prefabricated construction park, PC production hall, the central control room, PC batching plant and the experiment and testing center of Guigang Prefabricated Construction. Later, he held a symposium with the management team of Guigang Prefabricated Construction, Guigang Cement and Guigang Concrete to listen to the report regarding the prefabricated construction business of Guangxi. Chairman Li Fuli understood in-depth about the party-building and discipline inspection, EHS management, project construction, production and operation, market expansion, as well as the production, operation and development of Guigang Cement and Guigang Concrete.

Chairman Li Fuli greeted cordially to first-line managers who stuck at the front-line production during hot weather. He recognized the high standards of project construction and the solid foundation works of Guigang Prefabricated Construction. Meanwhile, he mentioned that prefabricated construction being one of the carriers of the industry that CR Cement was looking for transformation and upgrade, which was closely aligned with national strategic directions including the dual carbon targets, energy saving and emissions reduction and improvement in quality and efficiency. Chairman Li Fuli expressed his expectations and requirements for future development of Guigang Prefabricated Construction. Firstly, the Company should inherit the red genes of China Resources and place party building at the first place. It should jointly construct with Guigang Cement to achieve resources sharing and coordination so as to promote high-quality business development which was led by party building. Secondly, the Company should do well in safety production and strictly abide by it. It should establish security awareness from the root, strictly control the production process to ensure "No Safety, No Production". Thirdly, the Company should control strictly the quality of products. It should establish its reputation for quality as long as the Company enters into the market so as to satisfy customers' needs. Fourthly, Guigang Prefabricated Construction should do well in market research, be customer-oriented and improve its research capability so as to launch works on production and product application according to individual needs of customers. Apart from that, the Company should proactively expand the market, increase its market shares and create a China Resources brand. Moreover, it should study in-depth the national and local policies on prefabricated construction and make good use of them so as to strengthen, optimize and expand the prefabricated construction business. Lastly, Guigang Prefabricated Construction should fully exert its synergistic effect with other enterprises of the China Resources Group in Guilin. Supported by resources from China Resources Land and other businesses, the prefabricated construction business could develop better.
