CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board announces the following changes in the Company with effect from 16 December 2019:

1. Ms. Lo Yee Har Susan has tendered her resignation as the Company Secretary; and
2. Ms. Lee Mei Yi has been appointed as the Company Secretary.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of China Shanshui Cement Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Ms. Lo Yee Har Susan ("Ms. Lo") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") with effect from 16 December 2019. Ms. Lo has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The Board also announces that following Ms. Lo's resignation as the Company Secretary, Ms. Lee Mei Yi ("Ms. Lee") has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 16 December 2019. Ms. Lee meets the qualification requirements for company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange.

Ms. Lee is an Executive Director of Corporate Services of Tricor Services Limited, a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor Services. Ms. Lee has over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of both The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries ("HKICS") and The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom. She is also a holder of the Practitioner's Endorsement from HKICS.
