Ltd., the Huangyuchuan Coal Mine of Shenhua Shendong Power Co. Ltd. and the Qinglongsi Coal Mine of China Energy Yulin Energy Co.
Ltd. According to the Letter of Reply, the above three coal mines are in compliance with the Administrative Measures for the Production Capacity of Coal Mine and the Standards for the Approval of Production Capacity of Coal Mine as well as the conditions for the increase in production capacity of guaranteed coal mines, and are approved to increase production capacity. Details are as follows: The production capacity of Shenshan Open-pit Mine increased from 600,000 tonnes per year to 1,200,000 tonnes per year; The production capacity of Huangyuchuan Coal Mine increased from 10,000,000 tonnes per year to 13,000,000 tonnes per year; The production capacity of Qinglongsi Coal Mine increased from 3,000,000 tonnes per year to 4,000,000 tonnes per year. According to the requirements of the Letter of Reply, the Company will complete the capacity replacement and environmental assessment as scheduled, rationally arrange production plans, release high-quality coal production capacity in a balanced manner, and further improve the ability to stabilize production and ensure supply.
