ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW ORDERS

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company") and together with its subsidiaries (the "Group") is pleased to announce the Group's orders on hand for the clean energy business.

The Group's orders for the clean energy business cover photovoltaic, wind power EPC and heat supply projects. As at the date of this announcement, the Group obtained approximately 200MW of photovoltaic EPC projects with a contract sum of approximately RMB800,000,000, which are distributed in Guangdong, Shaanxi, Guizhou, etc.; approximately 200MW of wind power EPC projects with a contract sum of RMB1,400,000,000, which are distributed in Shaanxi, Shandong, Jiangxi, etc.; and the other clean energy projects with a contract sum of approximately RMB400,000,000. These projects are planned to be commenced within 2020 and are expected to be completed by the end of December 2020.

The Group believes that after Shuifa Energy Group Limited became the controlling shareholder of the Company, it will provide more platforms and resources for the Group to expand its business.
