ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") dated 19 July 2019, in relation to the restructuring of indebtedness of the Group (the "Announcement").

The Company would like to bring to the attention of holders of its debt securities that the Company has announced that it intends to enter into a restructuring support agreement with holders of its offshore notes as a part of its proposed restructuring plan.
