Unaudited Operating Figures for the

First Quarter ended 30 June 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of China South City Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") recorded the contracted sales of approximately HK$4,022 million for the first quarter of FY2021/22 ended 30 June 2021 (from 1 April to 30 June 2021), with gross floor area of approximately 424,500 sq. m. at an average selling price of approximately HK$9,500/sq. m.. As compared to the contracted sales of the same period of last year, it represented an increase of 8.4% (FY2020/21 first quarter: HK$3,712 million).

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
