  • 　　Recently, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC 2nd Bureau) has won the EPC project for the convention center in the Comprehensive Experimental Zone in Pingtan, Fujian Province. The contract value of this project approximates RMB1 billion, and the total floor area is about 60,000 square meters. Besides, its southwest subsidiary has won Dejie Zhuangyuanfu Project in Xi'an, with the contract value being about RMB550 million and the floor area talling 410,000 square meters.
    Located in Lancheng Area of Pingtan, the convention center is CSCEC 2nd Bureau's first EPC project in Fujian.
    Zhuangyuanfu Project consists of upscale residences, modern apartments, shopping malls and top-notch schools. (from CSCEC 2nd Bureau)
