  • 　　On February 21, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Corp. Ltd. (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation with Qingjiangpu District Government in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. As per the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in projects worth about RMB50 billion in terms of municipal roads and bridges, highways, rail transit, underground pipeline network, water environment treatment and urban complex, by observing the principle of mutual complementation and reciprocity.
    The two parties will take the demand of regional development and features of specific projects into consideration, and explore possible ways of reciprocal cooperation. They intend to adopt EPC, PPP and other patterns for project investment, financing, building and operation. (from CSCEC 3rd Bureau)
