  • 　　On March 24, China Construction Fifth Engineering Pision Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC 5th Bureau) signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement. By signing the agreement, the CSCEC 5th Bureau plans to invest RMB5.7 billion in infrastructure projects in Zhangdian District of Zibo. On March 25, CSCEC 5th Bureau together with CSCEC International, signed an investment framework agreement for PPP projects of infrastructure improvement with Qufu Municipal Government in Shandong, with the contract value being RMB2.15 billion.
    Zhanngdian District is the political, economic, cultural, financial and technological center of Zibo. Infrastructure projects in Zhangdian include the road network in east Fengshui Town and the relocation of nine villages in Fengshui Town. The total floor area is over 960,000 square meters including 283 five-floor residential buildings and kindergarten, housing for property management, and ten municipal roads with the total length of about 38,700m. The PPP project for Infrastructure improvement in Qufu covers urban infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, public facilities, utility pipelines, sponge city, and ecological management.
