  • 　　On March 28, China State Construction Engineering Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC) signed a cooperation framework agreement respectively with Henan Transport Investment Group Co., Ltd. (HATI) and Henan Toll Road Management Center. The agreement involves cooperation worth about RMB18 billion. Mao Zhibing, the Chief Engineer of CSCEC, signed the agreement on behalf of CSCEC.
