  • 　　China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd (CSCEC 2nd Bureau) Signed the Framework Agreement of Strategic Cooperation with Heyuan Municipal Government of Guangdong Province on February 10, 2017.
    Based on the Agreement, the two parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in the modes of PPP, government purchase services and EPC, covering rail transit, underground utility tunnel, sponge city, expressway, railway, airport, municipal road, housing construction, etc. The investment cycle will be 3 years with the initial investment amount in total being not less than RMB30 billion.
