  • 　　　　China State Construction Engineering Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC) has won the bid for the PPP project of Chengdu-Ya'an Expressway (Ya'an Section) in Ya'an, Sichuan Province, with the total investment being about RMB3.47 billion.
    As the first large infrastructure PPP project in Ya'an, the 44.5km-long road, once completed, will improve the structure and inadequacy of the road network between Chengdu and Ya'an, accelerate integration of Ya'an into Chengdu Economic Circle, and promote regional economic exchange and development.
