  • 　 Recently, the world first integrated tower crane, mainly developed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC 3rd Bureau) was successfully trailed in Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center.
    Integrating three tower cranes in one platform, it can save steel of 1,350 tons and reduce the construction period by six months. Once widely applied, the new equipment will significantly promote the reform of integrated operation of tower cranes and the platform.
    With the total investment of about RMB12 billion, Shenyang Baoneng Global Financial Center covers a total floor area of 1.06 million square meters, and consists of a five-floor underground garage with 250,000 square meters and a five-floor podium for commercial space with about 180,000 square meters. It is a super-high-rise complex integrating office building, hotel, commercial space, apartments and residential buildings, and will be the highest building in the northeast Asia.
