Mr. Shyi-Chin Wang has retired from CSC on May 31, 2022 according to the
Company's personnel management regulations. However, in order to improve
technology and experience inheritance, successfully promote carbon
neutrality, and develop offshore wind power industry and its localization,
it is important to rely on Mr. Shyi-Chin Wang's profound experience and
expertise in R&D, carbon reduction and green energy industry, thus laying a
solid foundation for CSC's competitiveness in the next 50 years.
