01.The preliminary consolidated operating revenues in November 2014 totaled NTD$28,831 million, with a decrease of 6% MoM. The consolidated operating income reached NTD$3,001 million, with a decrease of 4% MoM. The preliminary consolidated income before income tax totaled NTD$2,869 million, with a decrease of 2% MoM.

03.Information for the Company's carbon steel sales volume (non-consolidated basis) is as follows: The sales volume of carbon steel in November 2014 totaled 777,364 tones, with 60% of domestic sales. Accumulated sales volume of carbon steel as of November 2014 totaled 8,900,911 tones, with 64% of domestic sales.
