KEY OPERATING DATA OF APRIL 2021

This announcement is made by China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") pursuant to the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the Company's preliminary statistics, the power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") on a consolidated basis for April 2021 amounted to 1,306,807.09 MWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 53.54%. As of 30 April 2021, the accumulated power generation amounted to 5,226,718.11 MWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 46.68%.
