China Three Gorges New Energy Corporation Lichuan Wind Power Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 30 million in an equity round of funding from existing investor, China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd. on August 28, 2013. The investor will maintain its stake of 100% in the company. Upon the completion, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 150 million to CNY 180 million.
The transaction was approved by the shareholders of the company.
