China Tower Corporation Limited at its AGM held on May 20, 2025, approved the proposal on profit distribution and the final dividend declaration and payment for the year ended 31 December 2024. The final dividend of RMB 0.30796 per share (equivalent to HKD 0.334013 per share) (pre-tax) . The payment shall be made to Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 30 May 2025.
The register of members will be closed from 27 May 2025 to 30 May 2025 (both days inclusive). The final dividend is expected to be paid on or about 30 June 2025 .
