WINDING UP PETITION AND CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

This supplemental announcement is made pursuant to Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Reference is made to the announcement of China U-Ton Future Space Industrial Group Holdings Limited ("the Company") dated 5 May 2021 in relation to the winding up order made against the Company on 5 May 2021 in HCCW 57/2021.

WINDING UP PETITION

On 4 February 2021, a petition ("the Petition") in the matter of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32) was filed by Li Zhong ("the Petitioner") in the High Court of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("the High Court") against the Company on the principal ground that the Company had failed to settle the sum of $565,000 being the interest and legal costs incurred in relation to the bond for the principal amount of $8,000,000 issued to the Petitioner by the Company. The Petition applied for the winding up of the Company on the ground that the Company was insolvent and unable to pay its debts or alternatively that it was just and equitable for the Company to be wound up. The hearing of the Petition took place on 5 May 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the High Court and the winding up order was made on the same day.

According to the information provided by the Company's representative, the Company had notice of the Petition on 4 February 2021.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the Company's shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended with effect from 3:00 p.m. on 5 May 2021.

The Company will keep the public informed by making further announcements as and when appropriate.

On the basis of the information available from the previous announcement made by the Company, immediately before the winding up order was granted against the Company, the executive directors are Mr. Jiang Changqing, Mr. Zhao Feng, Ms. Ji Huifang, Ms. Liu Jianzhou, Mr. Chen Qizheng and Mr. Liu Zhen; the non-executive director is Mr. Ge Lingyue; the independent non-executive directors are Mr. Meng Fanlin, Mr. Wang Haiyu, Ms. Teng Xun and Ms. Wu Hanpu.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Official Receiver and Provisional Liquidator who acts as the agent of the Company only and without personal liability.
