(Stock Code: 6169) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT BECOMING A CONSTITUENT OF HANG SENG COMPOSITE INDEX SERIES AND HANG SENG STOCK CONNECT HONG KONG INDEX

This announcement is made by China YuHua Education Corporation Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company has been selected as a constituent stock of the following index series by the Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited, with effect on 4 September 2017:

1. Hang Seng Composite Index and subdivision of SmallCap Index;

2. Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Index;

3. Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong MidCap & SmallCap Index;

4. Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong SmallCap Index; and

5. Hang Seng Consumer Goods & Services Index.

Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited launched the Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Index Series on 5 December 2016 to provide a benchmark for the performance of equities listed in Hong Kong that are eligible for trading via the southbound trading link of the Stock Connect Scheme. Stocks included in the Hang Seng Stock Connect Hong Kong Index Series must also be the constituent stocks of the Hang Seng Composite Index, in addition to fulfilling a requisite turnover requirement, a market capitalization of at least HKD5 billion (calculated as an average month-end market values of the past 12 months of any review period) amongst other selection criteria.
