China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co., Ltd. signed agreement to acquire Guizhou Zhenhua Electronic Information Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. from China Zhenhua (Group) Science & Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:000733) and China Zhenhua (Group) Xinyun Electronic Comp. & Dev. Co., Ltd. for CNY 20.5 million on June 24, 2022. Under the agreement, China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 51% and 49% stake from China Zhenhua (Group) Science & Technology Co., Ltd and China Zhenhua (Group) Xinyun Electronic Comp. & Dev. Co., Ltd. for CNY 10.44 and CNY 10.04 million respectively. China Zhenhua Electronics Group Co., Ltd. shall pay consideration within five days after the contract become effective. As of March 31, 2022, Guizhou Zhenhua Electronic Information Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. has reported total assets of CNY 28.04 million and net assets of CNY 19.16 million. The Board of Directors of China Zhenhua (Group) Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has approved the transaction.

The Company's core business is high-tech electronic components. High-tech electronic components include basic components, integrated circuits, electronic materials and application development. The Company's products include resistors, capacitors, inductors, filters, fuses, relays, contactors, switches, circuit breakers, lithium-ion batteries, power modules, motor drive modules and radio frequency microwave modules as well as electronic materials. The Company also operates the modern service industry to provide industrial park water, electricity, gas power supply guarantee and property leasing and operation services.
