On October 22, 2018, Argyle Street Management Limited announced that it has sent a letter to Chofu Seisakusho Co., Ltd. regarding its intention to make some suggestions as to how the Company might increase its value for the benefit of all stakeholders: establish clear KPIs, balance sheet efficiency, potential alliances and JVs, increasing the profile of the Company to global investors, overseas expansion, and independent directors.
