Item 5.03    Amendments to Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws; Change in
             Fiscal Year.

Effective April 21, 2021, the Bylaws of ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") were amended to (a) set forth the powers of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and (b) clarify that shares may, but need not, be certificated.

The Bylaws of the Company, as amended, are filed as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and are incorporated herein by reference.
