CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY, ALTERNATE AUTHORISED

REPRESENTATIVE AND PROCESS AGENT

The board of directors (the "Board") of Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. 重慶農村商業 銀行股份有限公司* (the "Bank") hereby announces that due to change of work commitment, Ms. Chu Wai Ha ("Ms. Chu") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Bank, the alternate authorised representative of the Bank (the "Alternate Authorised Representative") under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the authorised representative of the Bank for accepting service of process and notices in Hong Kong (the "Process Agent") under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all with effect from 26 August 2020.

Ms. Chu has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Bank.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Wong Sau Ping ("Ms. Wong") has been appointed as the company secretary of the Bank, the Alternate Authorised Representative and the Process Agent, all with effect from 26 August 2020.

Ms. Wong is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She has over 20 years of experience in company secretarial field. Ms. Wong is currently an associate director of the Listing Services Department of TMF Hong Kong Limited (a global corporate services provider).
