Chongqing Liangjiang Changxing Electric Power Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 600 million in an equity round of funding on December 10, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved in the 27th Meeting of the 10th board of directors of Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power Co., Ltd.
