Keyeast Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A054780) and Digital Adventure, Inc. (JASDAQ:4772) agreed to acquire 43.55% stake in Kntv Co., Ltd. from SeungHwa Industry corp. (KOSDAQ:A052300) for KRW 19.5 billion on June 3, 2014. Under the terms of the agreement, Keyeast will acquire 18,885 shares and Digital Adventure will acquire 6,295 shares of Kntv Co., Ltd. For the period ending December 2013, Kntv Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 24.76 billion, total liabilities of KRW 11.78 billion, net assets of KRW 13 billion, sales of KRW 8.97 billion and net profit of CNY 160 million. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of SeungHwa Industry on June 3, 2014. The deal is expected to close on July 4, 2014.
