Christine International Holdings Limited Announces Retirement of Meilin Zhou from the Board and Member of Committees

Christine International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Meilin Zhou retired as an independent non-executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. Upon his Retirement, Mr. Zhou also ceased to be the chairman and a member of the audit committee, the chairman and a member of the remuneration committee and a member of the nomination committee of the Company.
