(1)The Chroma New Material Corporation (the Company) is 100% owned
subsidiary by single legal entity. Hence the BoD will be executed on behalf
of shareholders meeting.
(2)The dissolution will be authorized to the Company��s Chairman in
compliance to related regulations.
