From January 1, 2020 to March 16, 2020, the company has repurchased 202,200 shares, representing 0.67% for ¥318.26 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 300,000 shares, representing 0.99% for ¥461.06 million under the buyback announced on November 20, 2019.
CHUBUSHIRYO CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the fodder business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Fodder segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of livestock feed products. The Consumer and Products segment is involved in the commissioned production, purchase and sale of animal products, as well as the manufacture and sale of pet food. The others business is engaged in the leasing of real estate properties of old factory site, the manufacture and sale of formula fertilizers, the processing and sale of animal products, the development, purchase and sale of livestock equipment, as well as non-life insurance agency business and other businesses.
