First Asset Can-Materials Covered Call ETF announced distribution of $0.3839 per share and $0.3484 per A share for the month and quarter ending December 31, 2016. The distribution will be paid on or before January 5, 2017, to unitholders of record on December 29, 2016.  The ex-dividend date in each case is December 23, 2016.
