Pursuant to the provisions of CVM Instruction No. 358/2002, we hereby inform that INVESTMENT FUNDS managed by OPPORTUNITY ASSET ADMINISTRADORA DE RECURSOS DE

TERCEIROS LTDA., enrolled with the National Corporate Taxpayers Register (CNPJ) under No.

05.395.883/0001-08, (collectively referred to as "INVESTORS"), in tradings conducted in the auction of the São Paulo Stock Exchange - BOVESPA, at the end of April 27, 2018, SOLD a total number of 1,012,500 common shares (HGTX3) issued by the Company and RECEIVED AS RETURN OF LOAN 2,400 common shares (HGTX3) issued by the Company, holding, in the closing of April 27, 2018, a total number of 7,264,452 common shares issued by the Company. The equity interest of the INVESTORS jointly represents, currently, 4.47% of the total number of common shares issued by the Company. Please note that the position held by the INVESTORS results exclusively from their respective investment strategies, and it does not have the purpose of changing the Company's controlling interest or administrative structure.

We further inform that the INVESTORS (i) do not hold subscription warrants, share subscription rights, call options and debenture stock issued by the Company; and (ii) they have not entered into an agreement or contract governing exercise of the voting right or the purchase and sale of securities issued by the Company.
