Subject: Notification on the acquisition of Company's shares

Pursuant to the Article 474 paragraph 1 of the Capital Markets Act, Decision of the General Assembly as of 30 June 2020, on granting authority to the Management Board to acquire treasury shares, CIAK Grupa d.d., Savska Opatovina 36 (hereinafter: the Company) announces the acquisition of:

• 1,750.00 of the Company's shares of the total nominal amount of HRK 17,500.00 which represents 0.01% of the subscribed capital of the Company. Said shares have been acquired outside the trading market on 8th August 2022, at an average price of HRK 42.00 per share. Before said acquisition the Company owned 21,500.00 shares of the Company of the total nominal amount of HRK 215,000.00 which represents 0.11% of the subscribed capital of the Company, while after said acquisition the Company owned 23,250 shares of the total nominal amount of 232,500.00 HRK, which represents 0,12% of the subscribed capital of the Company.
