- Notice of Publication of 2019 Interim Report (the "Current Corporate Communication")

The English and Chinese versions of the Company's Current Corporate Communication are available on the Company's website at www.cifi.com.cnand Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited's website at www.hkexnews.hk(the "HKExnews' website"). You may access the Current Corporate Communication on our website or browse through the HKExnews' website. Viewing the above document requires Adobe® Reader®.

You may at any time choose to receive free of charge Corporate Communications either in printed form (English language version only, Chinese language version only or both language versions), or to read from the Company's website or HKExnews' website (the "Website Version"), notwithstanding any wish to the contrary they have previously conveyed to the Company. If you wish to receive a printed version of the Current Corporate Communication, please complete the change request form (the "Change Request Form") on the reverse side and send it to the Company c/o Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the "Hong Kong Share Registrar"), using the mailing label at the bottom of the Change Request Form and need not to affix a stamp when returning (if posted in Hong Kong). Otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp. The address of the Hong Kong Share Registrar is at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The Change Request Form may also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.cifi.com.cnor the HKExnews' website at www.hkexnews.hk.

If you would like to change your choice of language(s) and/or means of receipt of all future Corporate Communications, please write or send an email at [e-mail] the Company c/o the Hong Kong Share Registrar. Even if you have chosen (or are deemed to have consented) to receive Website Version of all future Corporate Communications but for any reason you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Website Version of the Current Corporate Communication, the Company will promptly upon your request send the Current Corporate Communication to you in printed form free of charge.
