UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS FOR NOVEMBER 2018

The board of directors (the "Board") of CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for November 2018 as follows:

• • From January to November 2018, the Group's aggregated contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) and contracted GFA amounted to approximately RMB130.86 billion and 8,184,400 sq.m., respectively. Contracted average selling price from January to November 2018 was approximately RMB16,000/sq.m.

• • In November 2018, the Group's contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB13.00 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 764,700 sq.m. Contracted average selling price in November 2018 was approximately RMB17,000/sq.m.

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
