Cigna Corporation reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 44,005 million compared to USD 40,971 million a year ago. Net income was USD 1,183 million compared to USD 1,161 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 3.71 compared to USD 3.33 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 3.68 compared to USD 3.3 a year ago.
