• To approve the appropriation of profit for the year 2016by recording the net loss against the Bank's retainedearnings. After the appropriation, the Bank willhave retained earnings ofTHB 5,675,062,596. As the Bankposted a lossfor thefiscal year2016, it deems appropriate topropose no dividend payment for the operatingresults of 2016.
