The Company operates its business through three segments. The Energy Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of a wide range of equipment for the storage, transportation, processing and the distribution of natural gas and the provision of engineering, procurement and construction services for the natural gas industry. The Chemical Equipment segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of a wide range of equipment, such as tank containers, for the storage and transportation of liquefied or gasified chemicals. The Liquid Food Equipment segment is engaged in the engineering, manufacture and sale of stainless steel tanks and the provision of engineering, procurement and construction services.
