Cimc Enric : New LNG tank truck a.. 2016/11/2

◆LNG Tank Truck won the 3rd prize of Scientific and Technological Progress 2016 awarded by China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP)

Hosted by CFLP, the 9th Modern Logistics Technology Innovation Conference & CFLP Scientific and Technological Progress Award Ceremony was held in Beijing on October 27. The Large-capacity, Lightweight, High-performance LNG transport semitrailer manufactured by Nantong Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. of CIMC ENRIC won the 3rd prize of Scientific and Technological Progress.

In compliance with maximum legally acceptable capacity requirement, CIMC ENRIC manufactures LNG tank trucks out of European standard Austenitic stainless steel for the first time, which greatly reduced the truck weight and transportation energy consumption and considerably increased capacity, LNG transportation efficiency and environmental and economic benefits. This projectobtained 4 patents among which one is an invention patent and 3 are utility model patents.

◆LNG ship tank was again awarded the certificate of National Torch Program Industrialization Demonstration Project

Recently, the Sanctum LNG ship tank project of was awarded the certificate of National Torch Program Industrialization Demonstration Project by Ministry of Science and Technology. This has been the second award CIMC ENRIC obtained since the Strain Hardening Cryogenic Container Industrialization was approved as national project in 2013.

LNG ship tank is an emerging marine storage & transportation equipment, and has been the first application in China. So CIMC ENRIC-Sanctumis a pioneer in carrying out such research in China. The successful development of 250-m3 LNG ship tank allows CIMC ENRIC-Sanctum to become China's first enterprise to obtain CCS Certificate of Works Approval for LNG Ship Tank and Product Certificate for 250-m3 LNG Ship Tank.

Meanwhile, another 4 products of CIMC ENRIC-Sanctum were also identified as High-tech Products in Jiangsu Province: C-type self-contained liquid cargo Storagetank for new material-built LNG ship; 20,000-m3 LNG cryogenic atmospheric-pressure storage tank; new large-capacity, fuel-efficient and cryogenic liquid carrier vehicle developed based on stress analysis technology; barge LNG replenishing system based on high reliability, safety and large capacity.
