DUNDALK COUNTY LOUTH, Ireland (AP) _ Cimpress plc (CMPR) on Wednesday reported a loss of $60.2 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Dundalk County Louth, Ireland-based company said it had a loss of $2.31. Losses, adjusted to extinguish debt, came to 45 cents per share.

The marketing materials maker posted revenue of $641 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $77.7 million, or $2.99 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $2.59 billion.

Cimpress shares have climbed 33% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $116.88, a rise of 41% in the last 12 months.
