The board of directors of CircuTech International Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Cheng Michael Ichiang has been appointed as an executive Director, a member of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee of the Company, respectively, and an authorized representative of the Company. Mr. Cheng Michael Ichiang, aged 63, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
