Cirrus Logic, Inc. Appoints Raghib Hussain as Director

Cirrus Logic, Inc. has announced that Raghib Hussain has been named to the company’s Board of Directors, effective September 29, 2021. Mr. Hussain will serve as a director with an initial term expiring at the company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Hussain has not been named to any committees of the Board. Hussain currently serves as president, Products and Technologies, for Marvell Technology, Inc. Prior to joining Marvell in 2018 as chief strategy officer, Hussain served as co-founder, chief technology officer and chief operating officer of Cavium, Inc.
Cirrus Logic, Inc. is engaged in low-power, high-precision mixed-signal processing solutions. The Company's product line categories are Audio and High-Performance Mixed-Signal (HPMS). It is a supplier of low-power, low-latency, high-precision audio components that are used in a variety of applications, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, virtual reality/augmented reality headsets, home theater systems, automotive entertainment systems and professional audio systems. Its Audio Products include boosted amplifiers, codecs, smart codecs, analog-to-digital converters, digital-to-analog converters, and standalone digital signal processors.
