Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CRUS) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to $500 million worth of its shares. The program will be funded from working capital and anticipated cash from operations.
Cirrus Logic, Inc. is engaged in low-power, high-precision mixed-signal processing solutions. The Company's product line categories are Audio and High-Performance Mixed-Signal (HPMS).
